Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the leather is protected to prevent scratches during transit.

Ship Back to Bestia

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
